- Cassava600 g
- Milk80 ml
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In a pan put the mandioquinha in small pieces, add the water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Mash the manioc, with a fork or with a juicer, add butter, milk and cream and salt and stir for another 3 minutes over medium heat. After it's coming off the bottom and it's ready, just turn off the heat and serve it
