Place the frozen spinach in a skillet and let it cook until very dry.
Then sauté the onion in butter (on low heat so it doesn't burn), until the onion is soft and begins to brown.
Add the spinach with the onion, stir until well mixed, turn off the heat and let it cool.
With the warm spinach, add the eggs and grated cheese and bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
