- Liver cut into steaks2 kg

- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Knorr2 unit(s)

- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Take and clean the liver steaks
- In a bowl, place the steaks, garlic and salt and mix letting it rest for 15 minutes to get flavor.
- Put a frying pan on the fire and add the olive oil.
- Then put the liver steaks and let the first side bake and then turn
- Place the onion, tomato, pepper, coriander, tomato sauce, cumin and knor and cover for 5 minutes and let it cook.
- If necessary add 1/2 cup of water, let it cook for another 3 minutes, turn off and serve.
