  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Sliced bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Knorr2 unit(s)
  • Cumin1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil6 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  1. Take and clean the liver steaks
  2. In a bowl, place the steaks, garlic and salt and mix letting it rest for 15 minutes to get flavor.
  3. Put a frying pan on the fire and add the olive oil.
  4. Then put the liver steaks and let the first side bake and then turn
  5. Place the onion, tomato, pepper, coriander, tomato sauce, cumin and knor and cover for 5 minutes and let it cook.
  6. If necessary add 1/2 cup of water, let it cook for another 3 minutes, turn off and serve.
