  • Lentil | 1/2 cup
  • Water | 2 cup
  • Chopped Smoked Pepperoni | 1 unit(s)
  • Beef broth | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley | 1 to taste
  • Olive oil | 3 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. Soak the lentils overnight. Discard the water. Put the lentils, water, beef broth and sausage to cook in the pressure cooker.
  2. Let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat, after it starts to beep.
  3. Season with the rest of the ingredients and serve hot.
