  • Mayonnaise250 g
  • Sour cream (or almond)200 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the leek stalks into slices (keep the leaves in the freezer to make broth). Put in the pan along with the oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Reserve.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream until well incorporated. Place the leek with the oil from the skillet and stir well until incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary and it's done, enjoy!
