- In a pan add the oil and fry the bacon. Then add the calabrese sausage (all cut into cubes). With the bacon and sausage already fried, add the onion, pepper, garlic and salt, pass all these ingredients well. Add the ground beef and then seasonings such as (cumin, black pepper, tomato paste, sazon). Combine all the ingredients very well and let the ground beef "fry" then add 2 cups of water and let it cook, that way you will have your delicious lasagna sauce.
