- Peel the kiwi and chop. In a cocktail shaker put the chopped kiwi and sugar.
- Mash the fruit in a cocktail shaker until you get the fruit juice. After crushing the fruit, add (vodka or cachaça) and ice. Close the cocktail shaker and shake to mix all ingredients.
