- White Wine1 cup
- Kani9 unit(s)
- Butter60 g
- Green Smell60 g
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Fish or Vegetable Stock1 l
- Olive Oil, Salt and Chimichurri to taste
- In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil and place the crushed garlic and the diced onion to brown. Add the rice and mix. Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Gradually pour the hot fish broth into the rice and let it cook.
- You can put the salt and Chimichurri in the rice and mix. When the rice is almost ready, add the sliced Kani and mix. Once fully cooked, add the cheese and butter and mix well. Turn off the fire, splash with green smell and it can serve.
