  • Milk2 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Dry meat400 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Water1 l
  1. I started by peeling the cassava and putting it to cook with water in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.
  2. Then I took them out, kneaded them with a fork and put them back in the pan.
  3. I added milk and margarine. And the salt I mixed well and took it to the fire until it thickens. Then I turned off the heat and set aside.
  4. Now in a frying pan put garlic and chopped onion, olive oil and shredded jerky. Mix well and leave for a few minutes.
  5. Now in a pyrex I put the manioc puree underneath forming a layer and in the middle I put the jerky with onion.
  6. Finally I added more puree and finished with mozzarella on top and baked at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then and only serve
