- Coconut milk200 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Dry meat500 g
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode In the blender, beat the cooked pumpkin with the coconut milk until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Reserve. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until lightly browned. Include in this sauté the pumpkin cream and shredded jerky. Season with salt and cook for a few minutes. Add the cottage cheese and mix well. Cook until boiling. Serve and bon appetit.
