Modo de preparo

No liquidificador, bata a abóbora cozida com o leite de coco até obter um creme homogêneo.
Reserve.
Em uma panela, refogue a cebola e o alho até dourar levemente.
Inclua nesse refogado o creme de abóbora e a carne seca desfiada.
Tempere com sal e cozinhe por alguns minutos.
Adicione o requeijão e misture bem.
Cozinhe até ferver.
Sirva e bom apetite.

Preparation mode

In the blender, beat the cooked pumpkin with the coconut milk until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
Reserve.
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until lightly browned.
Include in this sauté the pumpkin cream and shredded jerky.
Season with salt and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cottage cheese and mix well.
Cook until boiling.
Serve and bon appetit.
