  • Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola cheese300 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden. Reserve
  2. Hydrate the gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside.
  3. In the blender beat the gorgonzola, the braised onion, the cream, the hydrated gelatine, the salt and the green smell.
  4. Unite a shape with plenty of olive oil and pour the dough. Take it in the fridge for 4 hours.
  5. When it's firm unmold.
  6. Serve with toast!
