- Gorgonzola cheese300 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden. Reserve
- Hydrate the gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In the blender beat the gorgonzola, the braised onion, the cream, the hydrated gelatine, the salt and the green smell.
- Unite a shape with plenty of olive oil and pour the dough. Take it in the fridge for 4 hours.
- When it's firm unmold.
- Serve with toast!
