- Tahini2 tablespoon
- Squeezed Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
- Cumin powder2 teaspoon
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pomegranate seeds to taste
- Zatar Seeds to taste
- In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, squeezed lemon, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. Pulse until you get a creamy consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl, decorate with olive oil and pomegranate and zatar seeds, serve next.
