  • onion1 unit(s)
  • tomato1 unit(s)
  • pepper1 unit(s)
  • tomato paste1 unit(s)
  • chicken broth tablet2 unit(s)
  • salt to taste
  • coriander1 unit(s)
  • water to poach the sausage1 l
  • oil5 tablespoon
  1. In a pan add the water and put the sausages to scald until it comes to a boil. Drain, cut into slices and set aside
  2. In another pan, add the oil, the crushed garlic, let it brown. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped pepper, salt and stir, cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add the tomato paste, chicken stock and cilantro and boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the sausage cut into slices to the sauce. Boil for 10 minutes. ready to serve
