  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce395 g
  • Green smell to taste
  • Season to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  1. Wash the sausage, cut it into slices or as you prefer, and bring to a boil.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the sausage and let it sauté a little longer.
  3. Then put the bay leaf, pepper, tomato, corn, olive, sazon, black pepper, salt and tomato sauce.
  4. Mix everything and let it cook for 10 minutes, finally put the green smell, let it cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the fire.
