- Wash the sausage well and put it to cook, after it is cooked, drain the water well.
- In a pan heat the oil, put the garlic and onion, right after the sausage and let it sauté.
- Then add the chopped tomato and pepper, season with salt and pepper, add the tomato sauce, add a little water and let it cook until the broth takes on a consistency and finish with the cilantro.
