• Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
• Garlic | 3 unit(s)
• Onion | 1 unit(s)
• Pepper | 1 unit(s)
• Tomato | 2 unit(s)
• Coriander |  to taste
• Black pepper |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste

Recipe

1. Wash the sausage well and put it to cook, after it is cooked, drain the water well.
2. In a pan heat the oil, put the garlic and onion, right after the sausage and let it sauté.
3. Then add the chopped tomato and pepper, season with salt and pepper, add the tomato sauce, add a little water and let it cook until the broth takes on a consistency and finish with the cilantro.
