Coriander to taste
Cumin1 tablespoon

Tomato sauce6 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Sausage (8 pieces) to taste

To start, chop all the vegetables in small or medium cubes, also chop the sausage.
Then put all the chopped ingredients in the pan, add water to taste and also add the cumin, paprika, tomato sauce and salt.
Mix well and cook for about 20 minutes or until it cooks well and dries up some of the broth according to your taste.
