Ingredients

  • Ripe tomato | 2 kg
  • Carrot | 1 to taste
  • Beetroot | 1 to taste
  • Parsley | 1 to taste
  • Onion | 1 to taste
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar | 1 coffee spoon
  • Water | 100 ml
  • Clove Garlic | 3 to taste

Recipe

  1. In the pressure cooker, place all the ingredients, except the salt and sugar and garlic.

  4. when it cools slightly, beat everything in the blender.
  5. In a pan, brown the garlic in the oil, put the salt and sugar and the sauce from the blender.
  6. Let reduce for 5 minutes.
  7. Place in jars and place in the freezer.
  8. Lasts 2 months
  9. You can use it not only to season the noodles but in several things.
