  • Ripe tomato1 kg
  • Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 tablespoon
  1. Wash the tomatoes and remove the lid.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts
  3. Place the tomatoes in a pan and cook for about 15 minutes until softened. Reserve.
  4. Peel the garlic and cut it vertically, without breaking it in half.
  5. In another pan, add the oil and garlic and let it brown.
  6. With a sieve, pass the tomatoes, separating the skin and seeds from the pulp.
  7. The tomato pulp will be the base of the sauce
  8. Take this pulp to the pan with oil and garlic
  9. Hit the salt and put the chopped basil and oregano
  10. Let it cook well without covering the pan.
  11. Stir from time to time
  12. When it's at the desired consistency, turn it off and it's ready.
