- Ripe tomato1 kg
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 tablespoon
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the lid.
- Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts
- Place the tomatoes in a pan and cook for about 15 minutes until softened. Reserve.
- Peel the garlic and cut it vertically, without breaking it in half.
- In another pan, add the oil and garlic and let it brown.
- With a sieve, pass the tomatoes, separating the skin and seeds from the pulp.
- The tomato pulp will be the base of the sauce
- Take this pulp to the pan with oil and garlic
- Hit the salt and put the chopped basil and oregano
- Let it cook well without covering the pan.
- Stir from time to time
- When it's at the desired consistency, turn it off and it's ready.
