- Salt1 teaspoon
- Take the tapioca gum, heat it in the skillet, uniting it and putting butter.
- Let it brown a little, add cheese and some butter on top of them, browning and adding taste. Turn it off before the tapioca overcooks, leaving it and the cheese golden with the melted butter, complete recipe.
