- Semi-skimmed milk250 ml
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Garlic1 coffee spoon
- Tahiti lemon2 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika powder1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell1/2 cup
- Put milk in the blender, put the lid on and turn on medium speed.
- By opening the lid, pour in the oil little by little.
- Turn off the blender, add salt, black pepper, juice of 1 lemon and a half, garlic (only one chopped clove), paprika and beat again.
- Add the green smell. The correct point will be when it is very creamy and does not run off the spoon. If necessary add a little more oil to get the point.
- Place in a jar with a lid and keep in the fridge. It lasts an average of 7 days in the fridge.
