  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Soybean or Sunflower Oil250 ml
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Place the eggs in a blender and beat on medium speed.
  2. Add the salt and gradually the oil, but not so slowly and with the blender always on.
  3. When it gets creamy put the lemon and if you want you can add 1 clove of garlic (optional).
  4. Finally, place in a covered container and store in the fridge. Lasts up to 3 days!
