- 1.5kg of fresh tomatoes, cut in 4, garlic, onion, olive oil, basil, salt, 1 small carrot | to taste
- For everything in the pressure cooker. When you get the pressure, leave it for another 10 minutes and turn it off
- After, remove a little and hit the blender in “pulse” mode.
- In a separate pan, place 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté to your taste: garlic and onion
Put what you hit + the rest not whipped and let it come to a low heat. Adjust the salt, add more basil, etc….
