Homemade French Fries

Descasque as batatas de pois corte na forma que quiser coloque em uma tijela funda as fatias das batatas depois coloque água ate cobrir elas lave-as bem

Peel the potatoes then cut them in the shape you want put the potato slices in a deep bowl then add water to cover them wash them well

Depois coloque elas em um pano limpo e seque-as depois de secar  adicione a colher de maizena pra ficar crocante depois coloque bastante óleo em uma panela deixe esquentar e coloque as batatas asse quando estiver portas coloque um pouco de sal e sirva-se

Then put them on a clean cloth and dry them after drying add a spoon of cornstarch to get crispy then put a lot of oil in a pan let it heat up and put the potatoes bake when you are ready put a little salt and serve yourself
