  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  1. Put the milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. When it boils, turn it off, add the lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Let it act for 5 minutes
  4. When the milk has curdled, pass it through a sieve covered with a fine cloth.
  5. Place in a blender with the butter and salt and beat well.
  6. Transfer to a pot, after it cools down, take the fridge for 2 hours to firm.
