- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Put the milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- When it boils, turn it off, add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Let it act for 5 minutes
- When the milk has curdled, pass it through a sieve covered with a fine cloth.
- Place in a blender with the butter and salt and beat well.
- Transfer to a pot, after it cools down, take the fridge for 2 hours to firm.
