- Pepper1 teaspoon
- Pepperoni200 g
- Water300 ml
- First put the cornmeal in a bowl, then add water, without excess, just wetting to unite the dough.
- Then handle the dough, and let it rest for 25 minutes. After resting, add salt and stir again.
- After that, cut the pepperoni and mix it into the dough. Now take a pan, mold the dough to fit inside it, put it in a bain-marie and cook. In 15 minutes the couscous will be done and serve.
