  • Onion1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • We nutmeg1 to taste
  • Season1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  1. Hit the blender the can of corn and the same measure of this can of milk.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with the wheat flour.
  3. Put the wheat flour and let it fry a little.
  4. Slowly pour the blender mixture into the pan and stir until it boils.
  5. Season with a little black pepper, nutmeg and salt (all to taste)
  6. Add a box of milk cream, mix and 2 more tablespoons of cottage cheese. Stir everything until it boils a little and turn off the heat.
