  • Mayonnaise | 1 cup
  • Ketchup | 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard | 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove | 1 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped onion | 2 tablespoon


  1. To make Billy Jack sauce, use a pan or skillet to sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat, but be careful not to let it burn. If your pan is not non-stick, use oil or olive oil. Saute until onion is soft and transparent. Tip: As the garlic burns before the onion, you can put it to sauté a little after the onion.
  2. In another container, add the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard and the sauteed onion and garlic. Use a fork or fouet and mix everything until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. The color should be a light orange, but not as pink as the rosé sauce.
  3. Since the flavor of condiments can vary from brand to brand, taste the sauce and feel the salt. If it doesn't look like the Big Mac's special sauce, adjust the flavor with salt and in some cases even a little sugar is recommended. Optional: if you like an intense touch, you can add some sweet paprika. Your Billy Jack sauce is ready.
