Em uma xícara adicione 1 colher de açúcar,o fermento e a água e deixe descansar 

In a cup add 1 tablespoon of sugar, yeast and water and let it rest.

Em uma bacia grande  adicione a farinha de trigo o sal açúcar e o oleo

In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar and oil.

Dpois misture o fermento junto a farinha e mexe ,dpois vai adicionando água aos poucos e sovando bem com as maos

Then mix the yeast with the flour and stir, then add water little by little and beating well with your hands.

Deixe a massa descansar até crescer, depois enrole os pães coloque em uma forma quadrada e deixe crescer mais uns minutos e coloca para assar

Let the dough rest until it rises, then roll the buns, place it in a square shape and let it rise for a few more minutes and put it to bake.
