Hidden ground beef

Coloque a carne moída sem tempero na panela pra soltar a água e o cheiro.
Quando estiver quase secando toda a água tempere com alho e acrescente os dois sachês de molho de tomate,acerte o sal a gosto. Deixe apurar bem e reserve.
Purê de batatas:
Descasque e cozinhe as batatas picadas por uns 7 minutos,depois retire da pressão,coloque numa panela em fogo baixo acrescente o leite,a manteiga e o sal a gosto,amasse as batatas até formar o purê.
Para a montagem:
Em uma assadeira espalhe a carne moída e em seguida o purê de batata por cima e por último a mussarela e leve ao forno pré aquecido por uns 20 minutos até o queijo derreter e gratinar.

Place the ground beef without seasoning in the pan to release the water and the smell.
When the water is almost dry, season with garlic and add the two sachets of tomato sauce, adjust salt to taste. Let it settle well and reserve.
Mashed potatoes:
Peel and cook the chopped potatoes for about 7 minutes, then remove from the pressure, place in a pan over low heat, add the milk, butter and salt to taste, mash the potatoes until they form a puree.
For assembly:
In a roast, spread the ground beef and then the mashed potatoes on top and finally the mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts and fixings.
