- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cook with water and salt.
- Once cooked, mash the potatoes, add the milk and butter, stir well
- In a pan, add. 1 tsp of olive oil, the onion and garlic and saute with the meat
- Season with salt, white pepper and seasonings to taste.
- Line a refractory with half of the mashed potatoes.
