- Piece of beef muscle500 g
- Baroa potato1 kg
- Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Cumin Powder to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Start by seasoning the muscle with garlic, salt, cumin and pepper. Then put the meat in pressure for 30 minutes. After that remove the cooked muscle from the pan and leave only the broth. Put the potatoes in this broth to cook and get the flavor of the meat.
- Meanwhile, sauté the chopped cabbage in olive oil and garlic and add a pinch of salt.
- Place the cooked meat together with the cabbage, cover the pan and turn off the heat.
- Check if the potatoes are about to fall apart. Then hit the blender until it turns into a broth.
- Now put the potato broth in the pan with the cabbage and meat and stir well over low heat.
