- 7 grain rice1 cup
- Medium white onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ginger Powder2 teaspoon
- Chives3 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion finely chopped in olive oil.
- Add the rice and 3 cups of water. After about 25 minutes, add the chopped tomato. Season and cook until it is at your preferred point. I left hands 20 me hands or less.
- Serve on a platter sprinkled with chives on top.
