  • Ball Potatoes500 g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Fresh rosemary1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
  2. Wash the potatoes under running water with the help of a sponge. Boil for about 15 minutes or until cooked through (test by sticking a knife, if it goes in easily, it's ready).
  3. With the help of a knife, make shallow cuts on the surface of the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary (smear the fresh herb in olive oil so it doesn't burn), bake for 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
