- Clean the potatoes. Then cut them as in the photo, making thin cuts along the potatoes, to separate them in layers, but without breaking them into pieces. The secret is to cut the potatoes into thin slices, but only up to a little more than "half of the way". In a form, place the garlic, onion and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. When removing from the oven, I brushed a mixture of olive oil and 1 drop of cumin essential oil on the potatoes. Finished with pink peppercorns.
