- Cachaca20 ml
- Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan add the olive oil, the chopped onion and the chopped garlic. Sauté the
- Then add the chopped guava paste and let it cook until reduced (about 5 minutes)
- Then add the cachaça and let it evaporate (approximately 2 minutes)
- Finally add the ketchup and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the preparation is thick.
- After that, just put the mixture in the blender and later store it in the fridge for 3 hours.
