  • Crystal sugar2 cup
  • Water1/2 l
  1. Peel the guavas and cut into smaller pieces to put in the blender. Add the water and beat until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  2. Pass the cream through a sieve and then add it to a thick-bottomed pan along with the sugar.
  3. Cook over low heat until the cream has reduced to a jelly-like consistency (about 15 to 20 minutes)
  4. Remove the jam from the pan and store in glass jars with a lid. Reserve in the fridge for about 2 hours
  5. Then just delight 😋😋 Ideal to eat with toast, bread or to cover a cake
