Avocado1 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Seedless tomato2 unit(s)
Lemon1 unit(s)
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Coriander to taste

In a bowl put the pulp of the avocado, the juice of the lemon and mash with a fork, until you form a puree, but leaving a few pieces of avocado.
Chop the onion and tomato into small cubes and add to the avocado.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add chopped coriander and mix well. Serve immediately.
