Ingredients
Recipe

Ripe mashed avocado1 cup
Chopped seedless tomato1/2 cup
Chopped red onion1 tablespoon
Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
Sea salt to taste
Chopped Parsley to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
