- Diced ripe avocado1 unit(s)
- Diced seedless tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Chili pepper in very small cubes to taste
- Olive oil20 ml
- Tabasco pepper5 ml
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Diced red onion30 g
- Lemon Juice10 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Dice the avocado, tomato and onion. Chop the chives very finely.
- Mix everything with the lemon juice, add the salt, red pepper, tabasco and olive oil.
- Book and leave it in the fridge for 25 min, then serve.
