- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 unit(s)
- Chili pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste and mix like a puree.
- Chop the onion, tomato and cilantro. Finely chop the pepper.
- Add the chopped ingredients to the avocado "mashed".
- Serve with chips, crackers, tacos, in the burrito or even with rice and beans.
