Modo de Preparo
Em uma panela média coloque a margarina para derreter, coloque a carne moída,salsicha, alho, sal, pimenta e a cebola para refogar por 2 minutos 

Em seguida coloque o extrato de tomate e água de deixe por 20 minutos no fogão
Após isso desligue o fogo e coloque só o milho e cheiro verde e mexa e já está pronto pra servir

Ideal pra colocar em pão ou arroz
