- Black pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise1 cup
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a blender, place the olive oil, lemons, salt, oregano, black pepper and parsley.
- Beat until very smooth. When the ingredients are very homogeneous, turn off the blender.
- Add the mayonnaise and beat again until it has a creamy texture.
- Serve with barbecue.
