- In a pan, cook the chayote with water and salt until al dente.
- In another pan, we will prepare the white sauce. Which by the way, is very fast, simple and TASTY. Heat the pan, with oil or margarine, sauté the onion, add the cream and some slices of mozzarella, until a homogeneous sauce, turn off the fire and finish with the kingdom pepper! Sauce ready!
- Let's prepare the dish, in a container that goes in the oven, place the already cooked chuchus, pour the white sauce on top and to finish, add the rest of the mozzarella for fixings. Put it in the oven, preheated to 180° for 10 min (if you look at the time of your oven).
