  • Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
  • Black Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Ham100 g
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Green Smell50 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put the Cauliflower in a pan, with water and salt to cook, leave al dente. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes. Reserve.
  2. In a pan make the bechamel sauce, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onions. Let it gold. Then put the butter and mix.
